Stephen J. Weymouth

Stephen J. Weymouth has been practicing criminal defense and civil law in Boston for over 25 years.  Mr. Weymouth has extensive experience in criminal defense matters, and handles a wide variety of criminal cases including white collar crimes, weapons charges, drug offenses, operating under the influence cases, assault and battery offenses, juvenile delinquency and youth offender cases, murder cases, and federal criminal cases.  Mr. Weymouth also practices civil law, providing services in the area of personal injury, real estate, estate/probate, divorce, and small business/corporations law. 

Mr. Weymouth received his Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Miami University.  Mr. Weymouth was an Associate with Balliro, Mondano, & Balliro, practicing criminal and civil litigation.  In addition, he was a Director for the Youth Advocacy Project, an organization dedicated to the defense of juveniles involved in criminal matters.  He is admitted to practice in both the state and federal courts of Massachusetts. 

Mr. Weymouth is a member of several professional law associations,  including the Massachusetts Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Middlesex Defense Attorneys, and Boston Bar Association.  When he is not practicing law, Mr. Weymouth volunteers as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Dorchester YMCA and President of Dorchester Youth Soccer.
