Ariel J. Strauss
Ariel J. Strauss represents clients in criminal defense matters, including drug offenses, operating under the influence offenses, assault and battery charges, weapons charges, and juvenile law. Mr. Strauss also practices civil litigation in the areas of personal injury, real estate, estate/probate, divorce, and small business/corporations law. Before joining the Law Offices of Stephen J. Weymouth, Mr. Strauss was a sole practitioner and was also previously an Associate Attorney with Mulvey & Sneider, LLP, practicing criminal defense and general civil litigation, including real estate matters. Mr. Strauss is admitted to practice in the state courts of Massachusetts and the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts. He is also licensed to practice in the District of Columbia.
